How do I make a purchase? It's easy! First go to shop evolve or galleries. Select the item you would like to purchase, click on the price then either add to cart and continue shopping or add to cart and check out! You will then be asked to set up an account. Once this is complete, Paypal will process your order. {when you come back to shop all you have to do is log in!}. Do you have a customer wait list for products that are sold out? Yes we do. Please email us your request. We will respond back to you to let you know the wait time and/or availability of the product. We can not guarantee that the item that you are requesting will be available. |  |

What payments do you accept?
If you are making your purchase through our website, we accept Visa and Mastercard through Paypal. If you would prefer to pay by phone, please call us at 604.603.1764. We can process your order through Moneris. {www.moneris.com} Or, if you wish to pay by Canadian money order, please call or email us and let us know. We will send you your purchase once the money order has cleared with the bank.
How much is shipping?
evolve uses Canada Post for shipping. Products shipped within BC will be charged 7% PST and 5% GST. All other Provinces will be charged 5% GST. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at check out and will be added to your total invoice. Evolve will process your order within 24 hours. If the product you want is not in stock, we will contact you by email. If we do have your order in inventory, we will ship it out within 1-3 business days. Using regular mail, you should receive your product within 2-10 business days from when it is shipped depending on where you want us to send it to. {please be sure to select the appropriate shipping method you wish to use when checking out}. What electronic devices will my bag charge?
The battery pack should be compatible with ALL charge cell phones, blackberries, PDA, iPhones, Palms and iPods. If your device is not compatible with the tips provided just purchase it at your local electronic store for a minimal cost. We look forward to being able to offer a bag in the future that can charge your laptop.
How long will it take to charge the battery?
On a sunny day it will take about 6-8 hours, on a cloudy day it will take more time. The internal battery will store the solar energy for several days, so that you can charge your cell phone or iPod day or night. {You can get a quick charge with just 30 minutes of sun}.
How can I make sure I am collecting energy with my bag?
It's simple, just expose the panel to the sun. Place it in your window at work or home, face the panel towards the sun at the cafe, or walk/bike around town with the panel exposed. Even on cloudy or rainy days, energy is collected through the UV light of the sun. The battery pack has a green charging light that will illuminate when it is receiving a charge. For initial use, it is important to charge your battery completely in order to maximize the charge by either using the wall adapter or the sun.
What type of light will charge my bag?
The solar panels have been developed to collect a charge from the sun. Indoor lights will not work.
Can the solar panel get wet?
Yes! The solar panel is completely water and weatherproofed, and will continue to work even if it wears with age. You will not be harmed if the solar panel gets wet.
What are the specs on the solar panel?
The output is 7.2 volts, 300 mA-400mA.
Can I take my solar bag through airport security?
Yes! We have traveled with our bags and even charged them in the window on the plane.
What if I buy a new iPod, Blackberry or cell phone?
